London Road Open House Event
We are delighted to invite you to come and visit our new office on the University of Reading's beautiful London Road campus. Join us from 17:30 - 19:30 on Thursday 12 October to raise a glass to toast our new home.

The event will provide an excellent opportunity to hear about the work we do to support our community of alumni and friends. We will also unveil the first of our art exhibitions.

We are excited to announce that the first exhibition will be Colour, Tone, Shadow, Line: Allen W. Seaby and the Art of the Colour Print. Allen W. Seaby was a Professor of Art at the University of Reading from 1920-1933. He was an influential champion of the Japanese woodcut method in Britain, which he learned in Reading with his friend and colleague, Frank Morley Fletcher (1866-1949). This exhibition highlights Seaby's mastery of the colour print.

By setting his work among that of his students, colleagues, friends and family, it demonstrates the enduring influence of his teaching and those he inspired through his love of colour print.

We do hope that you will join us in our new office and continue to visit us on London Road thereafter.
