Talented and accomplished real estate investment senior manager in Brazil, with extensive track record on identifying, originating, structuring, feasibility studies, negotiating and closing real estate investment deals. Responsible for the investment of R$14.0 billion in generating income properties and development properties in the last 6 years in Brazil. Capacity to achieve improved performance benchmarks working with cross-functional staff teams, senior managers, board members, community representatives, and consultants.
Concerned with the professional development of the sector and personal. Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED AP), and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Why did you choose to study at the University of Reading?

The University of Reading was chosen based on former students recommendations, the world-wide reputation of the University and the flexibility of the course.

What was the best bit about living and studying in Reading?

To know a great variety of students from all around the world, with different thinking and realities.

What top tips would you give to students who are beginning their studies?

My course was a flexible hour course, based on few classes in the campus and several work to be delivered through the internet. This type of course requires a greater amount of discipline and keep the focus on the due dates of all the work.

What are you up to now? How did you get there?

The MBA made me grow personally and professionally. The course and contact with others students made me open my mind and see other opportunities in the my career.

How has the University of Reading and the Careers Centre helped in your chosen career path?

I didn´t have contact with the career centre for this matter. University of Reading brought me knowledge and a prestigious course to my curriculum.

What are your top tips for students graduating this year? What should they be doing to secure the job they want?

Dedicate themselves and always look for a better way to do your job and improve it technically.

What does the University mean to you and what is your favourite memory?

My favorite memory is to have great teachers and colleagues and be able to get in touch with a great material and norms in UK, which may improve the procedures in other countries such as Brazil.
